As part of our partnership with Rea, we welcomed two new cadets to Brightly. The cadetship offers Jackie and Cameron paid on-the-job training with us for 12 weeks, following their training through Rea Academy.

In 2022, we began a partnership with Rea, an Aotearoa-founded organisation that provides people with the skills they need to advance their careers in technology, and then connects them with well-paid employment opportunities within the industry.

We’ve submitted our Toitū Climate Positive certification application! It was a real education as we gathered all our data together for Toitū and audited it with them. The big opportunity now for reducing our emissions is our supply chain.
